The Northeast River Valley Park is a new site located in the Edmonton River Valley System. You'll find extensive natural spaces throughout the park, including a large lake surrounding the Events Centre.

4:40 pm - Guests can start finding their seats.
You're welcome to arrive earlier than 4:40pm and explore around (and capture iconic photos in the nearby scenery) !
5:00 pm - Ceremony begins.
Ceremony will be held outdoors on the west lawn (unless weather requires us to move indoors).
Our ceremony will be a disconnected ceremony. We kindly ask that all devices are kept away for the duration of the ceremony.
~6:00 pm - Cocktail hour begins.
Bar service begins + light snacks offered.
7:00 pm - Reception begins.
Dinner service planned for 7:30pm.
~9:00 pm - Dance the night away!
~12:00 am - Event ends.

The dress code is semi formal; although we have no specific colours we want guests to wear, we encourage pastel colours and floral patterns to match the theme and aesthetic. Additionally, please refrain from wearing white unless you are wearing a white dress shirt.

This event is only intended for those who've received an invitation directly from Avery and Katrina. We ask that you do not bring along a plus one unless there is one attached to your invitation.

We plan to offer both alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for our guests. Guests are encouraged to pay using debit/credit cards or their phone's digital wallet.

Space Access: The ceremony site and indoor venue feature barrier-free access throughout all spaces. The indoor venue features a large entryway, along with the ability to raise the clear walls surrounding the venue upwards
Washroom Access: The indoor venue features gendered washrooms space with 10 stalls and multiple sinks per washroom space. There is a single private gender-neutral accessible washroom available.
