4:40 pm - Guests can start finding their seats.
You're welcome to arrive earlier than 4:40pm and explore around (and capture iconic photos in the nearby scenery) !
5:00 pm - Ceremony begins.
Ceremony will be held outdoors on the west lawn (unless weather requires us to move indoors).
Our ceremony will be a disconnected ceremony. We kindly ask that all recording devices are kept away for the duration of the ceremony.
~6:00 pm - Cocktail hour begins.
Bar service begins + light snacks offered.
7:00 pm - Reception begins.
Dinner service planned for 7:30pm.
~9:00 pm - Dance the night away!
~12:00 am - Event ends.
This event is only intended for those who've received an invitation directly from Avery and Katrina. We ask that you do not bring along a plus one unless there is one attached to your invitation.
We ask that you leave your little ones at home so that you can fully enjoy the evening!
The RSVP form will open roughly three months before the wedding (May 2026). In this form, you can indicate your attendance, along with any dietary and accessibility needs.
We plan to offer both alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for our guests at a low cost. Guests are encouraged to pay using debit/credit cards or their phone's digital wallet.
Space Access: The ceremony site and indoor venue feature barrier-free access throughout all spaces. The indoor venue features a large entryway, along with the ability to raise the clear walls surrounding the venue upwards
Washroom Access: The indoor venue features gendered washrooms space with 10 stalls and multiple sinks per washroom space. There is a single private gender-neutral accessible washroom available.
